Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Intense ruby color. Deep and complex aroma. Ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes and hints of tobacco stand out. Nose with great precision. Greedy attack, very fragrant in the mouth, silky tannins, ample, balanced acidity and a very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Duorum Reserva Magnum Red
Intense deep red color with violet tones. Intense, fresh and complex aroma, dominated by ripe fruits such as blackberry, plum and cassis, some floral aromas, such as violets, and tertiary aromas from its "elevage" in barrels like spices. It has firm tannins, ripe and smooth and a balanced acidity. This set, well wrapped in its large volume and body, confers a long and elegant finish, set for the Duorum profile. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta de la Rosa Reserva Magnum Red
Beautiful and deep violet color; frank and intense aroma with the usual combination of ripe fruit and floral so characteristic of the great Douros. Generous and very seductive, the La Rosa Reserva red 2013 is a wine full of flavor and personality, but without excesses. The volume of the mouth is balanced and has soft tannins and almost imperceptible wood. The finish of the mouth is very long, making it appear a soft fruit complex and almost endless. Contains Sulfites.
