Mob Lote 3 Red
It comes from the three vineyards located Gouveia and Seia. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks, with soft extractions. It aged for 12 months in used oak barrels of 225 liters. This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a lightly laden color, is little alcoholic, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past but has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and winemaking. Contains Sulfites.

An elegant white, rich in character, with a very distinct flavor and aroma where peaches and apples predominate. Excellent balance and a strong mineral texture. Citrus yellow color. Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming followed by crushing. Co-fermentation of the grape varieties in stainless steel vats with moderate temperature control and manual pumping over. Stage in stainless steel vat. Ruby color with good intensity. Young, intense aroma reminiscent of ripe red fruits. Dry palate, balanced acidity, good aroma in the mouth. Very soft tannins that give it a silky finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming followed by pressing. Static clarification. Co-fermentation of the varieties in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aging on fine lees with battonage in stainless steel vats. Citrus color with good intensity. Young, intense aroma with good complexity reminiscent of tropical fruits, flowers and citrus fruit nuances. Dry palate, balanced acidity. Good aroma in the mouth. Refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.

It is an intense, mature wine, specific to the "Terroir" of the Douro, a positive aging in the bottle is predicted for about 10 to 20 years after the bottling.
