Niepoort Diálogo White
After a refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes enter the cellar, where a full selection is made on a table of choice, and are pressed in an automatic press. After cold static decanting, the musts are cleaned in stainless steel vats, spontaneously fermenting at a controlled temperature. They age in their fine lees for 6 months, without lifting them. The White Dialogue is a good example of the Niepoort profile, austere and very mineral. A fresh white, with herbaceous and citrus notes on the nose, young but showing all its aging potential, very fine and elegant, with an electric aftertaste that makes you want to repeat. Contains sulfites.
Cabeça de Burro Reserva White
It has a delicately pale greenish reflections, the nose reveals delicate citrus fruits and floral aromas and a slight plant touch. In the mouth is a simple and adequate wine, very marked by lime and ripe fruit that gives an air of grace, reveals a medium volume and structure, as well as an average length and persistence in terms of finish.

Assobio White
Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Yellow citrus color, intense and fresh aroma dominated by citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white pulp fruits. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.
