Louis Latour Duet White
"Duet" is unique because the two different grapes are harvested at the same time and fermented together. The vines are very far from each other and the last week of Chardonnay harvest coincides with the first week of Viognier harvest, thus preserving the acidity of the Viognier. This results in a balanced wine, in which none of the varieties outweighs the other. It is a fine, smooth and elegant wine. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, controlled temperature with complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats. Features a bright and beautiful color with golden tones, "Duet" offers subtle peach yellow touches on the nose. In the mouth is broad and round, presenting beautiful notes of vanilla, fresh apricot and marzipan.

Aloxe-Corton Domaine Latour Red
Aloxe-Corton has been the home of the Latour family and the heart of the Domaine Louis Latour for centuries. The village of Aloxe-Corton is located in the north of the Côte de Beaune, on a slope of Corton hill. Traditional fermentation in open vats, aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels. This Aloxe-Corton "Domaine Latour" offers an intense and deep ruby color. Notes of cherry and licorice are subtly revealed. Wide in the mouth, nice tannins can be smelled, ending with smoky notes and licorice tips. Contains Sulfites.

QUINTA SÃO JOÃO BATISTA Reserva White
Total destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 14 ° C. Final fermentation stage in new French oak barrels for 2 months. Citrus green color, complex aroma, with discrete white pulp fruits and notes of toasted nuts such as almond, hazelnut and apricot. Fruity flavor, balanced, with excellent volume in the mouth and with buttery notes. Contains sulfites.
Domaine Bonnard Pouilly Fumé White
The wine is made in the Loire Valley, from the Sauvignon Blanc variety, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, full of notes of green vegetable, cut grass and a slight tropical note of passion fruit. Beautiful acidity, has a light body but very capable to accompany both seafood and some cheeses like Camembert. It will already be at its best so it deserves no guard. Contains Sulfites.
