Domaine Bonnard Pouilly Fumé Branco

This wine is made in the Loire Valley from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, which is immediately noticeable in the aroma, full of green vegetable notes, cut grass, and a slight tropical hint of passion fruit. Beautiful acidity, it has a light body but is very capable of pairing with either seafood or certain cheeses such as Camembert. It is already at its peak, so it does not benefit from further aging.
