Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. The grapes which are used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel. “Batônnage” is twice weekly. Temperature controlled. Contains sulfites.

Gerard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rose
The grapes are picked by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out in a carbon dioxide atmosphere to protect the delicate aromas of the Grenache grapes until the start of fermentation, which is carried out at low temperatures (15-18ºC). Aging on fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Pale pink color with shades of gray and white. On the nose, aromas of red fruits mix with aromas of small red fruits. In the mouth, a slight pearl gives the wine all its freshness and enhances the fruit.

The black Grenache fulfills its role wonderfully between a broad bouquet (small red fruits) and a mineral finish.

All varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren in stainless steel vats. Grenache & Rolle are partially vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape gives rise to a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage and gives the wine a lot of structure. It has a very clear light pink color with bluish reflections. This wine offers an elegant nose with delicate notes of grapefruit and white flowers. Fresh and balanced, the palate is lively and reveals seductive aromas of citrus fruits and marine iodine. Contains sulfites.
Château Minuty Rose et Or Rose
The grapes are harvested by hand. Stalking and crushing are followed by injection of cooling and inert gas. Free juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14ºC. Pale color with translucent reflections. Pointed notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. Palate complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse that offer notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.

Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé
Currently, Chateau Miraval is the summer residence of Angelina Jolie, who dedicates the place to the arts/music, cinema, theater and wine production. Since 2012, a partnership has been established with the Perrin Family, which is responsible for viticulture, winemaking and wine distribution. One of the main wine producing families in France, the Perrins are experienced in producing classy wines. On the property, vines are grown on terraces and production is 100% organic, without the use of herbicides, pesticides or chemicals that could affect the evolution of the fruit and wine.
A pale pink wine. Its aromas show a fantastic bouquet with delicate aromas of white fruits, freshly picked strawberries and floral notes. The palate is complete with notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, citrus fruits and wet stone flavors. It has a refreshing acidity thanks to the altitude of the vineyards and a long vibrant finish.
Symphonie Sainte Marguerite Côtes de Provence Rose
Pink color, aromas with a very pure intensity, underlined by notes of white peaches, queen claude and anise. A captivating flavor trajectory with its crunchy and spicy touch, which stands out in its digestibility and freshness. The slightly spicy finish on an aniseed base gives it a very pleasant aromatic persistence. Contains sulfites.
Rock Angel Côtes de Provence Rose
A more complex and structured flavor profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm, giving rosé lovers a bigger, richer wine. Delicate aromas of red fruits with mineral notes, along with floral notes and a subtle spice. Rich and bold on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flint minerality gives it another layer of complexity. Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long, silky finish. Contains sulfites.
