Santiago na Ânfora do Rocim Alvarinho White
Quinta de Santiago, built in 1899 in Monção, is still owned by its descendants. The Quinta has 9 hectares of which 6 planted with vines aged between 3 to 9 years, exclusively in clay soils. Clean, pale greenish yellow with medium intensity nose, lime, peach, roses, resin and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, drying tannin, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity, lime, peach, earthy, wet stone and long finish. This wine was obtained in a peculiar way, 50% was naturally fermented and aged in Amphora in contact with the films. The remaining 50% naturally fermented in stainless steel and trained in amphorae in the Rocim Estate. Contains Sulfites.
QUINTA DAS MAIAS Barcelo White
The grapes are crushed with partial destemming, followed by light automatic pressing. The must was managed by gravity and decanting, fermentation took place at temperatures between 16 and 18 ºC. After fermentation, the wine was set on lees with a nitrogen-based bâtonnage. The wine was stabilized by cooling and light filtration before bottling. Golden color, balanced with good fullness. There are notes of white pear, butter, underripe yellow plums, lemon blossom, chamomile flowers and a nice aftertaste of camphor. Contains sulfites.

Made from a vineyard planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, the vines of the Loureiro variety with the lowest production were selected. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Portal Colheita Rose
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC-16ºC, in a stainless steel vat with drop musts or free draining from the press. The wine remains during the short stage in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee complexity and longevity of the wine. Wine from must obtained only by free draining after crushing the berries. A wine with a slightly pink color and very elegant. It presents fresh and captivating aromas, predominating wild fruits, pomegranate, as well as a light floral. Very good acidity in the mouth, in a very balanced and seductive set. It ends with a slight and elegant bitterness, in a clear invitation for another drink. A gastronomic rosé but also excellent as an aperitif or reception drink! Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Magnum White
Organic wine: Manual harvest for small 15 kg perforated boxes, fermentation with cold technology, in a reductive environment, with controlled temperature around 16ºC. The grapes are pressed without crushing and without destemming under an inert atmosphere in order to preserve all the aromatic potential of the grapes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, being responsible for the intrinsic quality of the future wine. The entire wine is fermented in used French oak and remains there after a small racking over fine lees with periodic “battonage” stirring until the final blend is made. 6 months in French oak barrels, fermentation and agitation stage with fine lees, coming from the very sandy Upper Douro granitic soil at an average altitude of 575 meters. It has a citrus and mineral aroma, grapefruit notes, discrete exotic fruits and country flowers. Very persistent and fresh mouth with very lively citrus notes, resulting in a very elegant set.
Maçanita Da Pedra Se Fez Extra Brut nº2 White
Selective manual harvest in 20Kg baskets, whole bunch pressing, transfer after 12 hours to horizontal fermentation vats of 600-1000L. First spontaneous fermentation. Internship for 36 months sur latte. Straw yellow citrine color, with notes of grapefruit, some linden, almost honey. Sea scent. Tense attack, fresh with fine bubbles and a lot of salinity.
Ribeiro Santo Rose
Castello D’Alba Moscatel Galego White
Manual harvest for small perforated boxes of 20 kg, soft pressing of the whole bunches without destemming, in order to preserve the integrity of the grapes as much as possible, natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC in order to obtain the maximum expression of the combination of caste, soil and climate. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was in contact with the fine lees, having been raised and stirred for about a month in stainless steel vats in order to gain creaminess and volume in the mouth. After bottling, the wine aged in bottle for 3 months before being placed on the market. It presents an intense aroma, of mineral character in balance with floral notes of roses and violets in harmony with aromas of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Acidity and freshness with fruit dominate the palate, very long and creamy with very fresh acidity. Contains sulfites.

Features a bright color with greenish nuances. Its aroma is intense, with tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit, white fruits and mineral notes that are out. It has good volume, lively acidity and is well integrated into the palate, fruity notes with tropical fruits standing out and some minerality. Its finish is extremely harmonious and persistent.

Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuvée White
Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuvée 2014, a Blanc de Noir where only 30% of the must flower was pressed, which had a minimum stage of 30 months, plus 3 months after degorgement, before being placed on the market. It is an elegant, sparkling sparkling wine with a fine, persistent bubble. In the nose it is rich, complex, insinuating notes of quince, cream of cassis, dried fruits and a notorious and charming toast. In the mouth, it assumes the freshness of the caste, the acidity, compensated with a wrapping mousse. It will be the most versatile of the sparkling Baga with the name Bairrada, because it combines a high gastronomic component with finesse and elegance that allows it to be a perfect companion for moments of leisure. The grapes are cooled in a refrigerator before being vinified. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After 1/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, the wort is transferred to new and used barrels where the fermentation is completed. Staged for 8 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Crystalline-looking white wine. In the aroma there are citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, accompanied by a toast coming from the barrel but not overlying the fruit. Great freshness and minerality in the mouth, showing a slight fat from the stage on the lees. Contains Sulfites.
Marquês de Marialva Baga Bruto Rose
Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Stage for 9 months in the basement and 1 month after degorgement. Crystalline appearance with fine and persistent bubble, defined pink color, intense aroma of fresh red fruits and jam. Fruity flavor, moderate freshness, pleasant volume in the mouth and followed by an elegant mousse and remarkable persistence. Contains sulfites.
Marquês de Marialva Blanc de Blancs White
Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Minimum of 9 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Citrus color, with a defined and persistent bubble. Young aroma with nuances of toast and dried fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, crunchy mousse and good persistence. Contains sulfites.
Manoella Rose
It comes from a 39 year old Touriga Nacional vineyard, located in the steep terraces of Vale Mendiz. It is presented in a pale pink hue with bright reflections that reveals a very delicate rosé. Its nose is intense and complex with notes of fresh red fruits, mineral and floral touches. In the mouth, it has excellent freshness and good volume. Contains sulfites.
Adega de Penalva Maceração Pelicular White
It is a tanned white made with Malvasia-Fina grapes and a brief aging in barrels. In the past, they called it liquid gold and it was served at the table of many Beira manors.
Crushing with total stemming, fermentation was spontaneous with skin maceration for 15 days in stainless steel vats and aging for 6 months in used French oak barrels. The blend was made with the varieties 40% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia-Fina and 30% Cerceal-Branco.
Straw yellow color, delicate aroma, creating anticipation for the mouth tasting. Intense flavor, fresh, elegance, with enormous complexity.
To drink now, but with enormous aging potential, which will allow it to acquire great complexity. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled crustaceans, delicate fish or white meats.

Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense attack, fresh with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and salty notes, iodine, toasted bread. Contains sulfites.
Maçanita Arinto Sur Lies White
Selective manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, pressing of whole bunch, transfer after 24 hours to fermentation vats of 600-1000L, laid out as barrels, and the musts during fermentation are subject to “battônage”. Clean citrus yellow color. Pure, citrus mineral aroma with grapefruit notes. Tense, fresh attack with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and saline notes. Contains sulfites.
Maçanita Vinha Centenária White
Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Harvest made at different times due to different stages of maturation. Bical harvested in the last week September and harvested Arinto 2nd week October. Fermentation and stage in used barrels of 400 liters during 8 months. Made with Arinto and Bical, to be very thin and elegant in aroma. With mineral notes touches of fresh herb and spices. Pre-fermentative maceration in a controlled environment. Total fermentation and 7 months aging in used 400 liter barrels. It is the only Alvarinho da Bairrada, and reveals a great aromatic purity. Delicate and elegant, with orange and light smoky mineral notes. In flavor it is rich and vibrant with hints of spice, slight bitter, a wine with a very long finish. Contains Sulfites.
João Portugal Ramos Alvarinho Bruto White
The grapes were subjected to gentle pressing. After clarification by static decanting, the alcoholic fermentation occurred at about 15ºc, obtaining the base sparkling wine. 15% of the batch was fermented in French oak barrels of 3 and 4 years where it remained on the lees for 8 months. After tartaric stabilization of the base wine, the second bottle fermentation was then run. The bottle stage on the lees of the second fermentation was approximately 20 months. Contains sulfites.
São João Lote Especial White
The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and post cooling and decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days. About 15% of the wine ferment and age for 6 months in a 500L French oak barrel. The barrel aging allowed this wine to stand out from all its most mineral characteristics. Floral in aroma, but in harmony with the barrel, this wine is very complete, with a remarkable volume and structure from the first taste. The grapes that make up this wine were destemmed and fermented in an open press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging of 20 months in new (70%) and used barrels, both French oak. Wine naturally stabilized during prolonged aging in barrel. 1400 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of ripe cherry, blueberry and light floral traces. Cedar, forest floor, tobacco box and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
GIZ Vinhas Velhas Red
Desengace and fermented grapes in a wine press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and a prolonged period of 20 months in new barrels (50%) and French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized wine during barrel aging. 3650 bottles were produced. Delicate aromas of ripe red fruit and light floral notes. Mediterranean bush, cedar, wood, mocha, spice and moss add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long finish, the result of the prolonged aging in barrels to which it was submitted. Contains sulfites.
