Dona Sancha White
Manual harvest in 20kg boxes, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration 27 days. Stage for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, young nose, fresh with a predominance of citrus fruits and some tropical notes. Very pronounced acidity with a dry, long and persistent finish .
Chateau de Beaucastel Red
Deep color, pure and elegant nose suggests cherries, black currants, spices, with floral notes, aromatic herbs and chocolate. In the mouth it is elegant, the tannins are ripe and fine, the structure beautifully dense and concentrated, a seductive velvety texture highlighted with finely spicy fruit. The finish is long, supported by elegant and coated tannins, harmonious and very persistent (fruit, spices, floral notes). Contains sulfites.
Beyra White
Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC for a period of about 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Aging for 4 months in stainless steel vats until bottling. Citrus fruit and minerality, grapefruit, notes of nettles and white flowers, very fresh and light in the mouth, revealing the altitude of the vines. The soul of this wine lies in the unique combination of Síria and Fonte Cal grapes from old vines planted in granite and schist soils with quartz veins, in the hydrographic basin of the Douro River at an average altitude of 700 meters. Contains sulfites.
