Ribeiro Santo Rose

The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. After stage it was subjected to a light glue and filtration before bottling and was bottled without stabilization treatment by cold, which can cause the formation of deposit during its aging in bottle. Intense ruby ??color with violet tint. Aroma with presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Made from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz subjected to light pressing, enough to obtain a light and attractive color. The aim of this wine is to achieve a compromise between the richness and complexity of the variety and the lightness and joy that only a rosé with few tannins can achieve. Contains sulfites.

Vinification in open beak, fermentation with controlled temperature. Coming from the Dão region, Casa da Passarella A Descoberta Rosé is an intense pink wine with exotic fruit aromas (passion fruit, mango), combined with cherry touches. Fresh, balanced with a vibrant acidity. End of mouth long and refreshing. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes selected with the Touriga Nacional variety, it has an exuberant aroma with floral notes and red fruits. On the palate, great complexity and persistence. Contains sulfites.
