The first brand created by Casa da Passarella, Villa Oliveira was originally born more than 100 years ago. As a true tribute to our history, we have decided to produce extremely limited editions. Villa Oliveira Provincial vineyard is born from the natural blend of grapes from a specific old vineyard, and yet only from a very specific area of that same plot. It is born from grapes harvested manually, and the beginning of the fermentation occurs with the contact with the skin of the grape, in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts. This wine also revisits the traditional processes of white winemaking in Casa da Passarella – in tanning, similar to red wines. An in-depth historical investigation reinforces our conviction in the recovery of the old methods of vinification of Dão. The results are now in sight. Contains Sulfites.

This wine is straw yellow in color, with a high intensity aroma, revealing the aromatic complexity that is due to the particular conditions of aging and to the characteristics of the Encruzado grape variety. On the nose, the superior integration of aromas from French oak stands out where it aged. In the mouth, the attack is intense, voluminous, revealing a lively but very integrated acidity. The ending is long and memorable. Contains sulfites.
Julia Kemper Curiosity White
A white wine that reveals its aging time and maturity. Crunchy and mineral acidity of a very enigmatic wine. Wine with a yellowish color with golden tinges, in its aroma are well present lemon and linden combined with notes of exotic fruit. In the mouth, it is very fresh, very lively and full-bodied with great elegance. Contains sulfites.
Grande Druida Encruzado Reserva White
The grapes, from a specific plot, were fermented in 228 and 400 liter barrels with indigenous yeasts in which they remained for 10 months until 2000 bottles were filled. Finally, they aged 16 months in the basement until they were launched on the market. Pale and greenish-yellow appearance, intense nose with light orange blossom, dried grass, peach, grapefruit, lime, white pepper, biscuit and wet stone. In the mouth it is dry, medium body, intense and long finish. An extremely complex wine but not very intense with aromas. Some floral, fruity and mineral aromas are not overlapping. All intertwine harmoniously. This reference is very creamy, complex and engaging but also austere, sophisticated and elegant. A luxury Dão that pays a great tribute. Contains sulfites.
