The harvest took place in the last week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes of 18kg. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of aromas and color. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After bottling the wine remained about 6 months in a fresh cellar before being released to the market. It presents an intense ruby color, aromas of forest fruits and notes of ripe plum, with an excellent structure and a long and expressive finish. Contains Sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 31 days. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, complex aroma, with floral notes, orange and honey. In the mouth it is dry, fresh with well-defined acidity, unctuous, long and persistent. .
