Vinification was carried out very simply and with little intervention: fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand in 20 kg boxes, were transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection, stalk-removal and gentle crushing. Without pressing, it went directly to new French oak barrels, where it underwent alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation and continued aging for another 24 months, lifting the fine lees regularly and temperature and humidity controlled. The wine reveals a beautiful pale golden color. In the nose it is intense and complex with aromas of lime, lemon, white flowers, brioche and toasted almond. It offers a powerful palate with hints of citrus fruits and the creamy side reinforcing the nose. Finishes long and tense.
