In the mouth it is soft and elegant, full of aromatic notes that recall aromas of red fruits. With a balanced acidity, soft and velvety tannins, it has a long and very pleasant finish. Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Nacional Red
27,22 €
This wine is obtained exclusively from the Touriga Nacional variety from a 32-year-old plot installed at an altitude of 140 meters. After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested in boxes of 25 kg and sent to the winery where they were totally destemmed. Fermentation took place during 9 days in traditional 7-ton granite stone tanks with stepping and soft reassembly for leaching by blanket and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels where the malolactic fermentation took place and aged for about 18 months. Pacheca Touriga Nacional is an elegant wine with good aromatic intensity, notes of bergamot and violet with well integrated wood. In the mouth it reveals good structure, round tannins, freshness and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
