It is a wine with a concentrated color, expressing brilliant violet nuances. The aroma is highly refined with notes of ripe plum and blackberry complexed with soft menthol and fine spice notes. The flavor is velvety and intense, grand, with the presence of rich and silky tannins. With a complex and harmonious structure, it reveals a unique minerality combined with a long finish. The wine is fine, with a refined bouquet and long persistence, great for drinking now but will evolve very well in the bottle.
Contains sulfites.
Tapada de Coelheiros Garrafeira Red

The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. The lottery followed. Aging for 18 months in barrels and 5 years in bottle. Intense color. Aroma shows great depth and complexity, with lots of pepper and nutmeg, macerated berries and moss. In the mouth, vigorous tannins stand out, but tamed by time and solid structure. Rich and exquisite, with a lot of freshness in the endless finish. Contains sulfites.

Pacheca Superior White

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg trunks and sent to the vinification center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was sent to stainless steel vats and cooled, where it remained for 24 hours to decant. At the end of this period, it was filtered and transferred to another stainless steel vat where it was inoculated with selected yeasts, having fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, it aged in 2nd year French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months. Pacheca Superior White has a complex aroma, some tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit and toasted notes from the barrel. In the mouth it is marked by exotic fruit wrapped in toasted wood notes that give it a rich body and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
