Fermentation in stainless steel vats where the treading is done with a treading robot for 8 days at a temperature of 26ºC. The aging takes place in used French oak barrels for 10 months. In the vineyards of Vicentino, the proximity to the ocean reveals a unique side of the Syrah variety. Introductory notes of blackcurrant and graphite combined with some vegetable, extend into a long tasting with a saline finish. Contains sulfites.
Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas Red
The grapes are de-grained and carefully selected manually at the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble mills for 4 to 5 days, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is finished. It aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, nose large concentration of black fruits, eucalyptus leaf and some notes of spices from the stage in barrel. Large volume in the mouth with velvety tannins. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest. Carving fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Skin maceration of about 60 days. Malolactic fermentation in contact with films. Stage for 3 months in clay pots on lees. Bright red color, primary aromas with some earthy notes. Iodized with resin notes from the carving. Good texture, fine tannins, delicate and pleasant. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade de São Miguel Escolha dos Enólogos Red
Manual harvest. Total stalking. Cold pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in mills with mechanical treading. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging for 9 months in 400L French oak barrels. Ruby color with violet reflections, complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers and spices well integrated with notes of vanilla. Round, rich and voluminous palate. Balanced acidity and fine tannins. Long and complex finish. Contains Sulfites.
