Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated wine, but with incredible subtlety and seduction. Contains Sulfites.
