Talhão dos Manos is one of the oldest plots on the Quinta and is exclusively worked / cared for by “Manos” Pedro and João. Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC and 9 months of aging in French oak barrels “Allier” . Intense ruby color, clear appearance and complex aroma, intense in black fruit and chocolate. Round, persistent and elegant tannins. Contains sulfites.

Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex aroma of Jaen, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The harvest is done by hand, grape variety by variety, when the ideal ripening point is reached, normally between the second half of September and the first half of October. The harvest is collected in small 10 kg boxes. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, for 20 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Santana is a wine made from four grape varieties from the Dão region, with notes of jelly and cocoa. Ripe, creamy and elegant dark fruits Sweet and attractive finish. .
