This wine ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 22º-24ºC over 15 days, followed by a different stage: part of the batch matures in stainless steel vats and the other part in 500L French oak barrels for 8 months, supplemented for 8 months in a bottle.

Presenting an intense ruby ​​color, Quinta Dona Sancha Vinha da Avarenta Red 2021 displays an aromatic bouquet with balsamic and pine forest notes, enriched by ripe black fruits. Its structure is marked by vibrant tannins and pronounced acidity, culminating in a long and memorable finish.
