Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually and vinified in the open spout system. The fermentation lasted about 1 month with a controlled temperature between 14º to 16ºC. The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats. Very subtle aroma, where floral characteristics of roses and peppermint predominate. Delicate flavor, with floral flavors and a very fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Textura Pura Red

It is a red wine from Dão produced from a single plot in the Dão in Gouveia, sub-region of Serra da Estrela. An old vine on poor granite soils, 55 years old and 600 meters above sea level is planted in the old Dão way with a mixture of white and red varieties. The grapes were fermented in a used French oak vat (40% whole bunches) only with indigenous yeasts, followed by post-fermentation maceration for 30 days. Texture Pura red 2018 aged for 16 months in a used 3,000L French oak barrel and in used 225L French oak barrels for 16 months. , some spices and woodsy aromas. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, very fine tannins. It's refined and pure with the ever-present fruit. Long and complex finish. Contains sulfites.
Campolargo Calda Bordaleza Red

Dark ruby color, dense, chemical and hot aroma with palate alive, rich in red fruits, spicy, seductive in silky texture. Sauternes, 40 miles south of Bordeaux city, is a village famous for its high-quality sweet wines. The Sauternes of Chateau Les Justices have always been highly appreciated by the best French restaurant for the high quality regularly maintained over time, Sauternes is a very long-lived. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Preignac, ideal environment for the development of noble rot (Botrytis Cincerrea), the vines have an average age of 25 years. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and lasts about three weeks. Followed by aging in vat at first, then in new oak barrels for 12/18 months.
