With grapes from the Douro Superior, namely from a 60-year-old vineyard, from the selection of red grapes from native varieties. A wine as it used to be, with structure, body and freshness.
After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the grapes are trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and then it was pressed.
It fermented the rest of the time in used 225L barrels. Aging: 6 months used barrels. This wine has a red fruit aroma like strawberries. Fresh, light and appetizing wine. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine.
Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC. Duration of 31 days. Aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 12 months in bottle. Pale lemon color, complex aroma, with floral notes, orange and honey. In the mouth it is dry, fresh with well-defined acidity, unctuous, long and persistent. .

Dust tries to be a balanced and elegant wine. In general the wines of the Douro are supported in the tannin, but the Dust is sustained in the acidity. A very drinkable and appetizing wine when new but at the same time has the capacity to evolve. I want each wine to be the mirror of the vineyards that give it origin, maintaining its profile but following the variations that occur in the vineyard year after year. Contains Sulfites.
