Produced on the same slope (North exposure) as Dust, has with this much in common. But as it is mostly produced from younger vines it has a lighter and more relaxed character. With this Powder of Dust we tried to make a personalized wine, with an expressive aroma and with a depth and freshness that characterize our wines. Vine and land wines, with a minimum oenological intervention in order to express their origin to the best of their ability. Contains Sulfites.

Produced in Portalegre, in the northeast of Alentejo, this wine aged 6 months in stainless steel vats with contact with fine lees. Aroma of wild berries, blueberry, blackberry and currant. Vivid and bright red color. Aromas of spicy, intense red berries and a floral touch. Smooth fruit, juicy on the palate, very fresh, supportive tannins giving balance and structure.

After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once in the cellar, the boxes were unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which were transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarifying the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 12ºC, in order to preserve all the varietal character of the variety. Alcoholic fermentation took place for approximately 20 days, where the different components then staged for 8 months. It is a wine with a citrine-yellow color and medium intensity. In terms of aroma, it represents the characteristics of the variety in a unique way, with a predominance of aromas of grapes, lychees and white flowers and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and light, very fruity and persistent.

The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Subsequently pressed with the whole bunch, at low pressure. The must fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months. With a defined citrus color, it has a young aroma. Good mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and tropical notes. Vibrant in the mouth, voluminous, with a natural acidity that makes it a fresh and appealing wine. Medium and fruity finish. Contains sulfites.

The white grape varieties recently introduced in the Alentejo wine estates demonstrate in this wine their oenological characteristics to produce quality wine in the region of Borba. The grapes coming from vineyards with moderate productivity allow to obtain a fresh, balanced and structured wine. Harvest was performed manually and in the morning so that the temperature of the grape at the entrance to the cellar is optimum. The grapes were transported in small quantities. After crushing and total destemming of the grapes, a slight skin maceration followed by pressing, decanting by the system of cold for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation, 30% of the wine in French and American oak barrels, with strict temperature control at 15 ° C. Full, intense aroma of ripe tropical fruits and vanilla. Flavor velvety, with structure and freshness, citrus fruits and light spicy honey to predominate. Wine harmonious, long and of great balance. Contains Sulfites.
