As hand-vindicated grapes for small boxes of 25 Kg, according to a judicious selection of melhores na vinha grapes. As completely ungagged grapes for small stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasted about 15 days with controlled temperature and soft remontagens for a boa extraction of heart and aromas. After a malolactic fermentation, it is aged for 12 months in French (80%) and American (20%) barrels of carvalho and batchwise, to balance varietal fruit and complex carvalho. It appears as an intense ruby color. Very fine and delicate without aroma, prevailing with notes of bergamot and vermelho fruits. On the palate it is well-integrated with notes from the oak barrels that are perfectly integrated, always enhancing the chaste floral notes to show the virtues of this specific terroir that gives it great complexity and longevity. After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.
