Grapes from old vines of the Planalto Mirandês, at more than 600 meters of altitude, with schist soils. Manual harvest in 20Kg boxes. Reception with partial destemming and soft crushing. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, without too much extraction. Aging for 12 months in old Portuguese oak barrels. Open ruby color, translucent. Delicate aroma with fresh red fruits in the first instance, expanding to a slight smoke. Very fresh and light in the mouth with very complicated acidity and tannins, long and mineral finish.
