Malolactic fermentation and stage in French oak 500L for 15 months. Slight filtration before bottling. Ruby red color, Delicate aromas of fresh strawberry and raspberry fruits, notes of red and still balsamic pepper to pine, Soft, fresh, fruity and balsamico attack. Acidity balanced. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Mondego Red

Joint manual harvest of the 4 varieties, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature below 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, 12 months in used French oak barrels. Smooth filtration before bottling. It presents a deep ruby color, aromatically very intense, menthol, chocolate, red and black fruits. The smooth and very elegant attack with black fruit, eucalyptus flavor and lots of freshness. Persistent. Contains Sulfites.

Gentle pressing of both varieties together with static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. 60% of the fermentation batch in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and stage with gentle stirring of lees for 6 months in stainless steel vats, 40% of the fermentation batch in 500 liter French oak barrels (2nd year) with smooth batonnage. It presents a straw color, aromatically discreet, fresh. The fruit is smooth, citrus notes and the presence of dry notes. In the mouth alive, dry, balanced acidity, good volume and full. The intensity of flavors is dominated by fruit, freshness and minerality. Contains Sulfites.
