The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. Grapes harvested by hand. The grape is received in the press and the tear must, collected from an open spout, ferments in stainless steel at around 16ºC. After 4 months in vats on fine lees, with light batonnage, the wine is bottled and subjected to a new stage of at least 3 months in bottle until it reaches the market. The color is citrine yellow, very bright. It has an intense and precise nose, reminiscent of orchard flowering, light pollination notes and an orange citrus. It evolves in the mouth towards green fruit, like the apple, but in the end the citruses of lemon predominate. Contains sulfites.

After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the films are macerated - gently and at controlled temperatures - and alcoholic fermentation. After finishing fermentations, maturation in stainless steel and cement vats follows. The batch is prepared based on the tests and analyzes carried out during this period. To preserve the highest quality, it is only subjected to light gluing and filtration before bottling. Ruby color, intense aroma, with heather bush notes, floral aromas, fresh red fruits and some balsamic, such as resin and cedar. In the mouth it has a smooth attack, presenting polished tannins of good quality, notes of red fruits and some spices. The finish is very elegant. Contains Sulfites.
