Herdade Grande Reserva White

A classic wine that shows the consistency and rich character of the Herdade Grande brand. Produced from grapes harvested manually in the early hours of the day, then went immediately to the cellar where they were carefully selected on a carpet of choice. Result of a soft pressing, with maceration of short skin, followed by static decanting of the must. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and in new French oak barrels, with stage in the fine lees. The wine was placed in stainless steel vats and in new French oak barrels for 8 months and in the same bottle period. Appearance crystalline, yellow-citrus with greenish reflections. A rich and intense aroma with mineral and fruity notes of grapefruit and guava, wrapped in the subtlety of toasting of the barrels. In the mouth it is elegant, unctuous, with palate complex and balanced and well balanced acidity. Dominant fruit and minerality, well combined with light toasted notes, ending in a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
