Total destemming followed by gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Stage in thin sludge until January. Bright citrus color. Intense, vivid aroma revealing a range of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit, cider) and mineral. Dry, fresh palate with a good structure and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Bota Velha Field Blend Reserva White
Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “batonnage” on total lees. In the final batch we added 25% of fermented wine in 500 liter barrels. Very intense and complex aroma, white-fleshed fruit, floral, mineral, citrus. In the mouth it shows amplitude, vibrant acidity very well integrated. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Murças Minas Red
Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
