From the southern region of Rhone, this wine is exceptional, both in quality and in quantity, thanks to the idyllic weather conditions that have protected the region from climatic accidents all year round. It is fruity and fleshy with beautiful tannins, it is an excellent wine from day to day. The vineyard of Prébois has clay-lime limestone soils. In Vinsobres the terraces are rich in quartz and marl limestone. After the harvest is sorted and deforested, the vinification is made of stainless steel and oak. Aging occurs in tanks and Foudre 25% of the year. Contains Sulfites.

It is a wine with an intense minerality and an important herbal side, but it shows all the power of the yellow fruit and even a more tropical one. Vinha d’Ervideira White

Mechanical and night harvest. The process goes from caste to caste. Antão Vaz grapes are destemmed, lightly pressed in a vacuum. After defecation, they ferment at a controlled temperature between 10o and 12oC. Arinto grapes are destemmed and sent, without crushing, to “vinimatics”, for skin maceration between 6 and 10 hours. Subsequently, they are pressed and sent to the cold room. Wine of citrus tones, with notes of tropical fruits, light quince jam and mineral notes. Elegant in the mouth, it shows good acidity and a striking structure, which prolongs the tasting. Contains sulfites.

After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days.
