17,38 €
A blend of Aragonez, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, with fermentation process in broad-mouth amphoras and about 600kg capacity, followed by stage in 150L narrow-mouth amphoras.
The clay maintained pure, due to the absence of coating in the amphoras used, allows natural evaporation and concentration of the wine, its porosity facilitates controlled contact with the oxygen during the 14 months of maturation.
Minimalist intervention and the use of ancestral techniques lead to a new identity, a meeting between tradition and the application of new knowledge about winemaking processes. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation took place separately, by variety, and for 18 days at 15ºC, followed by a 5-month aging period on the lees, in stainless steel vats. A reflection of the harmony between the Atlantic and the Alentejo, Vicentino Colheita Branco displays a remarkable freshness, which comes from the lively acidity that this duality offers. Added to this is its slightly vegetal character that results from an original blend of grape varieties, revealing an extremely pleasant and refreshing wine. Contains sulfites.
