Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aging for 12 months in new French oak 1/3 and American 2/3 oak barrels. Very complex aroma where the notes of barrel harmoniously combine that add complexity to spices, black fruits, licorice and violets in a set that promises to improve in bottle year after year. Complexity, very concentrated aroma, vigorous and structured in the mouth with a thick texture. Contains sulfites.

Discover Bacalhôa Bical Vinhas Velhas 1931 White, a precious wine from Quinta da Rigodeira, acquired by Aliança Vinhos de Portugal in 2003. Located in the excellent wine region of Bairrada, between Fogueira and Ancas, this farm is home to notable plots, including a plantation from 1931, dedicated to the noble Bical grape variety.
This wine is distinguished by its unique aging: 60% of the batch fermented and matured for 12 months in new and one-year-old French oak barrels, while the remaining 40% benefited from the purity and freshness provided by stainless steel.
It has an extremely pale greenish yellow color, revealing an intense, finely delicate aroma, with touches of white-fleshed fruit and soft toasted notes. The balance is masterful, leading to a long and intense finish, where mineral notes stand out, adding complexity and promising admirable longevity. Its good acidity and refinement are excellent, demonstrating an impressive evolutionary capacity.

Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with a sweet and structured Tinta Roriz, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The grape harvest is hand made, caste by caste, when they reach the ideal point of maturation, usually between the second fortnight of September and the first fortnight of October. Harvest is placed in small boxes of 10 kg. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature in order to preserve all its aromatic elegance in large wooden barrels and a stainless steel tank for 7 to 10 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Georgina presents a dense texture with ripe plums and gooseberries. Sweet and fragrant in the mouth, with quality balsamic notes conferring extra complexity. Long finish and a good balance between power and elegance. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 20 days. Aging with lees agitation - 'batonnage' for 15 days, followed by aging in bottle for 5 months. Refreshing citrus notes of grapefruit, lime, tangerine peel and passion fruit. Fresh and mineral in the mouth with a strong presence of citrus and discreet ginger. Contains Sulfites.
