Harvesting is compulsory by hand plus the care of harvesting only the grapes properly affected by the noble rot. In the winery the grapes were again selected and gently pressed followed by a long stainless steel fermentation that lasted for about 6 months. After fermentation the wine aged in used barrels for 2 years. In color it is golden yellow. Of great aromatic intensity, we highlight the floral, dried fruit, apricot, citrus and some fungal aromas typical of wines with noble rot. In the mouth it is fat and intense, with high sweetness and complexity. The acidity is very present bringing the necessary harmony and balance. Persistent and very long at the end. Contains Sulfites.
