This whisky was born from the memory of entering a pastry shop for the very first time. It’s about that first moment of finding your senses deliciously overwhelmed, breathing in the sweet scents and wishing you could take a bite of every creamy, flaky treat you see. In Nectar D’Or you can taste it all.
To create it, we take the delicate, fruity spirit of our giraffe-high stills and age it in American oak bourbon casks along with casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is like a silky dessert-filled daydream of white chocolate swirled with lemon cream, crème caramel, almond croissants… all balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. Each sip is like sending your senses on holiday to a French patisserie.

With a careful distillation and aging process in the unique climate of Tennessee, the whiskey interacts intensely with white oak barrels, giving it a woody flavor and color. The water, coming from a limestone cave, is removed at 3,200 liters per minute at a constant temperature of 13°C. Bushmills 30 Years
Bushmills 30 Year Old Single Malt Whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks for 14 years before being finished for 16 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez casks. Gold color, dark and rich. Rich, inviting aromas of sweet raisins, figs, plums and dates intertwined with molasses caramel, soft cloves and sweet spices enchanted the senses. Exquisite, velvety and smooth mouthfeel. Sweet notes of dates, raisins and figs followed by praline and orange peel before evolving into vanilla and warm pastry notes. A truly delicious experience for the palate. Long and complex finish that recalls the incredible number of years this whiskey spent gaining its individual character. Sweet notes of dried fruits and toffee remain persistent. The elegance and refinement of this exquisite single malt are attractive and demand a second sip.
Hatozaki Blended
It has a delicate roundness with a rich backbone of malt whiskey, offering cereal notes and a smooth sweetness. Aged for up to 12 years and created through a two-stage blending process, it is never colored or filtered without refrigeration. Unique, delicate and floral. It offers a balanced mouthfeel, with an aromatic palate and floral notes. The style is elegant and light, bringing out significant depth from the malted barley.
