Established in 2016, the distillery began its journey to create unique and refined Japanese whiskies. This single malt is distilled twice in a traditional Pot Still from malted barley, enhancing the distinctive flavors of the Asaka distillery.
After distillation, the whisky is aged for 3 years in bourbon casks, adding complexity and depth to its flavor profile. Unchill-filtered, it retains all its authenticity and natural texture, offering a pure, intense tasting experience. This limited edition has been specially produced in small quantities from a careful selection of 10 Bourbon casks, resulting in just 3,000 bottles.
On the nose, it reveals a complex, delicate aroma with nuances of plum, wildflower honey, and bourbon vanilla. On the palate, it displays a velvety, gourmand texture, with pronounced notes of orange marmalade, vanilla, and French toast. Flavors blend subtly, creating a complex, balanced palette. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving rich, slightly spicy cereal notes and hints of candied fruit on the palate, a warm conclusion that prolongs the tasting pleasure.
The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years
This distinctive single malt is matured for thirty years in oak barrels seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez, Spain. Remaining undisturbed in the same casks over this thirty-year period, the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious naturally dark single malt whiskey, characterized by its rich flavors of dried fruit, orange and spice.
The Glenrothes Maker’s Cut
Very aromatic in the modern style of seasoned sherry barrels. Red berries, roasted banana, notes of sawdust and vanilla. Some candied orange peels and raisins and light leather notes. In the mouth, a good dose of sherry, raisins and oranges. Many toasted wood spices too: pepper, ginger, nutmeg, slightly oppressive, perhaps including a slightly bitter touch. Roasted nuts and notes of gingerbread. Medium finish, hot spices, but also cocoa and more fruity notes now.
Jack Daniel’s 3L
Jack Daniel's whiskey was made 80% corn, 12% rye and 8% malt, through the filtration method with charcoal - own of the whislies of Tennessee. It has a golden amber color with fruity notes. The maturation in American oak barrels smoothed the palate of this whiskey, giving it caramel tones. A lively flavor leads to a full bodied palate with notes of oak and coffee.
Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice
The ice is personified by House Stark, giving the North a strength like no other kingdom. The Stark sigil, a Direwolf, shows its fangs and warns that winter is coming. Like a cold north wind, he howls his verse from The Ice Chronicles. Johnnie Walker Song of Ice is a mixed Scotch whiskey inspired by these wild inhabitants of the North. Much like Winterfell's position in Westeros, Song of Ice is crafted with whiskeys from Clynelish, one of Scotland's most iconic and northern distilleries, lending Scotch a fresher fries. The delicate flavor of the whiskey is green and grassy, with notes of vanilla and tropical fruits similar to the fruits of the orchards of Dorne. This mixed Scotch whiskey is best enjoyed with ice for a cool, smooth finish.
