For several generations the same natural ingredients were transformed into a 100% neutral distillation process through rigorous distillation and filtration. The process begins with selecting the best grains to give Moskovskaya its deep character, smooth taste and pepper finish. Once mixed with purified water, the fermentation of the beans begins and continues at a constant rate for three days. The distillation is done immediately, during which time the liquid is worked using immense pressure and heat to remove volatile impurities. The Moskovskaya is distilled three times so that it has a strong and pure spirit. The ideal balance of artesian well water is ensured before the liquid passes through a three-stage filtration process, using fine quartz sand, activated carbon, and fine quartz sand again. For more than three quarters of a century they have defended the best traditions of quality, providing vodka in its truest form.
