With a blend of Plantation’s oldest reserves, this rum is something else. The selected Runs aged and from the Caribbean are later meticulously mixed by the master distiller at the Château de Bonbonnet. Then it is matured in small French oak barrels for another 12 to 18 months. The double aging gives the rum an incomparably round and creamy taste. With the color of old mahogany, the Plantation XO reveals a nose with exotic notes of vanilla, oak and roasted coconut, enhanced by more complex cocoa, orange candied aromas and cigar box aromas.

The coconuts are harvested on the island of Barbados, cut and air-dried. They are then infused into white rums distilled in column and pot stills.
