The bouquet gradually complicated with notes of almonds and cream. The gin’s flavor is exquisite, spicy, with tangible nuances of juniper and citrus, which unfolds against a context of creamy texture and is complemented by expressive oak accents. The aftertaste is long and warm, with notes of spices and herbs.

Citadelle Jardin D´Été is made with 22 botanicals, including juniper berries, salt pepper and Sichuan pepper. The name alone betrays it, but you can immediately recognize the fresh and intense aroma of the flowers. You can also feel the fresh aromas of citrus and juniper. The nose is fresh and intense. Black Pig Montado Alentejano
It is a dry gin, unique in the world, representing the identity of the Alentejo and an incomparable ecosystem, the Alentejo montado. Triple distilled in a traditional copper still, from the acorn and holm oak, together with carob, walnuts and other organic botanists from the region. The Distillery is inserted in the Montado Alentejano, in the middle of the Alentejo Coast, where the black pig is raised in freedom, reason that originated the name of the gin.
