The first fermentation happened in a stainless steel vat. An in-tank batonnage was followed for 3 months. Dehydrated grapes followed by skin maceration. Pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Stage on lees about 4 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. With Baga and Touriga, it has a beautiful color of onion peel and a very fine, expressive but at the same time delicate aroma, with wild berries. The aromatic delicacy contrasts with the explosive mouth, resulting in a sparkling full of luster and flavor. Contains sulfites.

The grapes of the base wine of this sparkling wine are harvested with a moderate potential alcoholic strength. The must is taken from the mill and fermented in old wooden barrels, where it is at rest. While stall is cleaned and bottled in the year following the vintage. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low and constant temperature for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit. The elaboration of a sparkling wine from the Alvarinho grape variety demands a careful selection of the grapes. Our tradition was based on the neutral fermentation in stainless steel to obtain the base wine with more fruit intensity. Soalheiro Bruto Barrica ferments and staggers in used oak barrels for 12 months before the second bottle fermentation. This stage will give the sparkling wine a more evolutionary and intense aroma character, as well as a broader and more persistent good texture. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for 36 months allowed this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho grape variety in a perspective of greater complexity and less fruit to which the sparkling classic Soalheiro has accustomed us. It has an intense yellow color, a fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals tertiary and vanilla aroma, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The taste presents persistence, complexity, but at the same time elegance. Contains sulfites.
