Outstanding for its exceptional features, the Sandeman Porto Vintage 2016 is a wine that will age in the bottle for 30 or 40 years. This excellent Vintage Porto 2016 is an example of Sandeman's commitment to the quality of Port wine. This wine has an opaque, almost black color. The aroma is intense and complex, with prominent notes of ripe black fruit, resin as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate as a result of its excellent maturation. Great volume on the palate with a vibrant, fresh acidity, firm, high-quality tannins, floral notes of stew and notes of black fruit and chocolate. A great invitation for the very long and elegant finale. Using the traditional technology of Port Wine, this wine was vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, grapes originating both there and in Quinta do Vau. In addition to the selection process, the grapes were subjected to crushing and stalking before undergoing a very intense maceration during alcoholic fermentation, by treading on granite wineries at controlled temperatures automatically. The balance and harmony of this wine, as well as its body and structure, result from the selection of the best grapes, the intensity of the maceration and the choice of the right moment to stop the fermentation. Quinta do Crasto Vintage 2015 Ruby

Quinta do Crasto Porto Vintage 2015 aged in Portuguese oak barrels, where it remained for about 2 years. It was bottled, without any bonding or filtration, being subject to creating a slight deposit during its aging in the bottle. The grapes, from Vinhas Velhas, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the entrance of the cellar. After a gentle crushing without destemming, they were sent to a traditional stone press where they were stepped on by men at regular intervals. Subsequently, wine spirit was added, thus stopping fermentation. Opaque color, excellent concentration and aromatic depth, where you can highlight the expressive notes of ripe wild fruits, fresh rockrose and mild spice. In the mouth it has an elegant beginning, progressively evolved into a wine of great volume and concentration, composed of fresh tannins with a firm and very compact texture. It finishes fresh, very long and elegant, with a notable aromatic explosion of very ripe wild fruits, in perfect harmony with rockrose notes. Everything in perfect balance, which provides a high potential for aging in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de Ventozelo Vintage 2018 Ruby

Grapes harvested manually, with a very careful selection. After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intense maceration was then carried out in the first 48 hours to extract all the good components from the films, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. This was interrupted with the addition of brandy at the exact moment, followed by an aging process under careful conditions of minimal oxidation. Vintage de Ventozelo expresses all the typical terroir of cooler years and later vintage. Very heavily colored, with bluish tones. This vintage evokes the uniqueness of a very own and distinctive Quinta, with a characteristic aroma of rock rose and rosemary, combined with very ripe fruit. Fresh and silky, with robust tannins and a very persistent wild finish. Contains sulfites.
Offley Boa Vista Vintage 2011 Ruby

After gentle crushing with partial destemming, a very intense maceration was followed during the period of alcoholic fermentation, with which it was intended to obtain the highest possible extraction of the quality constituents in the films. This maceration is obtained through the steps of traditional granite winches, with controlled temperature at about 28ºC. During this phase not only a strict control of the fermentation temperatures, but also of the density was chosen, thus choosing the ideal moment for the addition of the neutral wine spirit necessary for the stop of fermentation. Very intense, of an almost opaque dark red . Aromatically very rich, the black fruit like plum, the balsamic aromas of resin and cedar, and some floral notes of the "subois", as well as spices such as cloves and nutmeg, stand out on the nose. In the mouth it has an excellent volume, good acidity, lively but well integrated tannins, and notes of black fruit, in particular the plum again, but also cherry. Its end is long and intense.
