The white grapes undergo a long maceration with the skins and are trodden by foot. After the addition of wine spirit, the White Port spends a year in large oak vats, followed by aging in traditional oak barrels for a period of time that varies between 7 and 15 years. Before bottling, a selection of the best White Ports was made and the resulting wines were blended. This operation resulted in this 10 Years White Porto! Golden in color, it shows a complex aroma of dried fruits, where orange peel and dried figs stand out, as well as walnuts and toasted almonds. A floral touch completes the nose. In the mouth it is very fine and balanced, with a vibrant acidity to balance its sweet character, interacting perfectly with the brandy and giving the wine a superb structure. Contains sulfites.
