Fermentation halted by adding grape brandy, with the skins remaining in maceration. Aged in used wooden casks. No bottle aging as it does not evolve after bottling. Amber color with reddish hues, aroma of toasted almond and hazelnut, coffee and honey. Very complex, in harmony with the nose with notes of caramelized toasted hazelnut and almond, toasted bread, black fig raisin and coffee. Very long finish. Contains sulfites.
