Fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel vats, preceded by a cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours. After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then ages in 300 liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. After designing the batch, it ages in the bottle for two years before being released on the market. Aroma of black fruits in jam, spice, flowers and mint. The notes of toast and dark chocolate accentuate the complexity of the wine on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, full and elegant. The finish is long, shows an enormous concentration of smooth tannins and a hint of Vidigueira. Long and persistent that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.
Paulo Laureano Dolium White
The white icon of the company, this is a wine from the oldest vineyard in Antão Vaz that the company owns, with very small productions, but with unparalleled quality and concentration. It is a grape variety with an Alentejo accent, consensual, rustic but well adapted to hot, sunny climates and the gentle slopes of Vidigueira. This Antão Vaz is fermented and aged for a long time in new French oak barrels. A rarely released wine, with a limited production and with a distinct profile from the ex-libris variety of Vidigueira. Very fine and elegant notes of ripe tropical fruit, marked minerality mixed with citrus notes. White spices and subtle toast. Structured, very fresh and with a long and elegant finish. It also has a special appetite for an excellent evolution in the bottle.

Primavera Bairrada Touriga Nacional Red has an intense garnet color with purple nuances. The aroma is intense black cherry and raspberry, with notes of violet and earl gray. Primavera Bairrada Special Selection Red has a clear appearance, with an intense ruby colour. It has an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, light leather, smoked and with mineral notes. Features a bright garnet color. The aroma of this wine has notes of red fruits and light balsamic notes. In the mouth it is fruity and soft, with sensations of freshness and an elegant and enveloping finish. The tannins are evolved, but not too aggressive. The grapes that make up this wine were destemmed and fermented in an open press with manual treading. Malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging of 20 months in new (70%) and used barrels, both in French oak. Naturally stabilized wine during prolonged aging in barrels. 1400 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of ripe cherry, blueberry and light floral traces. Cedarwood, forest floor, tobacco box and spice add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it proves to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish.
Campolargo Pinot Noir Red
Clear ruby color, very thin aroma, full of elegant fruit. Faithful to the caste, with notes of mushrooms, moss with cherry and raspberry notes. End of proof very well in the mouth, there is the fineness that is intended and a character that brings it closer to the reds of Borgogne. A beautiful copy of the caste.
Montes Claros Garrafeira Red
Montes Claros with the designation “Garrafeira” was elaborated from a preview of old vineyards installed in shale soils, with strict control of grape production per hectare and monitoring of the evolution of maturation in each caste and specific field. This process involved, in particular, the associated winemakers, who were extremely cared for for the production of extra quality grapes. Upon arrival at the cellar the grapes were smoothly crushed with total disgust, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, with moderate mechanics, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in 1st use of 1st use of French, American and Brown Oak, which followed a 12 -month internship in the same barrels. After slight filtration, the traffic jam and a final stage of 30 months in a bottle occurred. Clear appearance and color grenade with depth. Good aromatic intensity, highlighting the notes of red fruits in jam, coffee, chocolate and spices. Soft flavor, with fruity freshness, excellent structure, slight expert and toasted astringency, with wild but soft and full -bodied tannins. Very prolonged fat end, with balance, elegance and persistence.
Textura Pura White
Originating from the 28-55 year-old Texture vines in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of old vines still young, dense and creamy. Long and pleasant finish. .
Esporão Torre Red
Aged for 18 months in new barrels and second-use barrels, with a capacity of 500 liters of French oak and 5000 liter vats. At least 3 years of aging in the bottle followed. Dense almost opaque. Complex and concentrated aroma with hints of blue berry fruit combined with hints of bitter chocolate liqueur, licorice and some fresh mint. Very well integrated spice and barrel notes. In the mouth it is deep, compact, creamy, dense and precise, with a satin texture, long finish and full of character .

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, selected from plots 7 and 8 of the Levandeira vineyard, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are pressed as a whole bunch in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels, on fine lees, for 9 months. A wine of great elegance, with notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit and lime), tea leaf, pastry and toasted bread. In the mouth, very fresh, full of layers of flavor and volume.
Quinta dos Termos A Surpresa Red
Planting Baga at Quinta dos Terms was a thoughtful choice, but the first years of production did not live up to expectations. In 2011 everything was different, and the Baga variety produced the best wine of the harvest, when the first edition of A Surpresa wine was launched. In 2019, Baga once again showed all its attributes, justifying a reissue of this wine, which is only released in special years.
