Clear, intense ruby with faint maroon reflections, this wine offers elegance and complexity in the aroma, highlighting ripe red fruits, cinnamon and refined spices.
In the mouth, it reveals smoothness with well-structured tannins, culminating in a long and authentic finish, following tradition. Vinified in a classic way, with controlled fermentation at 28ºC for 5 to 6 days, followed by 4 years in stainless steel vats, 10 months in Allier Fino and 5 months in bottle. Contains sulfites.

Very elegant and fine aroma, with hints of wild berries and slight nuances of spices that harmonize this wine and give it complexity. In the mouth it reveals great structure and balance, firm tannins and excellent acidity. Very long and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Carvalhão Torto Jaen e Alfrocheiro Red
After aging in stainless steel tanks for a period of 10 years, it is ruby in color with brownish hues, typical of its age. The fresh, complex aroma, with notes of dry pine needles, recalls the typicality of these varieties planted in the Dão region, also revealing an excellent structure, fine tannins and a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Bacalhôa Touriga Nacional Red
This wine has a deep violet color, and an aromatic intensity that is absolutely characteristic of the variety, with notes of violets and very ripe wild berries, but revealing a well-marked olfactory freshness. In the mouth it is very pleasant being in perfect harmony with the aromas felt. Freshness, body, elegance and persistence. It is a Dão wine with Dão identity. Contains sulfites.
