Black White because it is made with red grapes ( Baga and Touriga Nacional) and white (Bical), here in an association as unexpected as it is happy, interesting, along with floral and fruity nuances of good quality. Stiff profile in the mouth, with solidtannins, well structured, a very personalized, vigorous wine with refreshing acidity that prolongs the end. It is ideal to accompany matured cheeses and delicate cooking delicacies of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine.

Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Red
The best grapes created at Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and de-stemming, they macerated for 10 days in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
Deep ruby color. Complex aroma, with notes of dominant red and black fruits and the barrel where it aged, as well as faint vegetable nuances. Dense, structured and fresh flavor. It has tasty tannins and good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.

Partial destemming, joint fermentation, with mechanical treading, in small presses. Malolactic followed by 12 months aging in used barrels. Dark ruby color, notes of ripe fruit and wood in perfect harmony. Palate contemplates the set of seven grape varieties, demonstrating a consensual and very gastronomic character. Very attractive and fine finish in perfect harmony. Contains Sulfites.
