Constructo Red is an authentic expression of the unique terroir of Penalva do Castelo, coming from vineyards with 35 years of history. This wine, meticulously composed of a balanced selection of 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Alfrocheiro, reflects our conviction in the ability of these grape varieties to capture the essence of the granite and clayey soil of this region. The combination results in a red wine of unparalleled depth and character.
Vinification is carefully adjusted to the different maturation states of each grape variety, including 40% whole bunch and prolonged macerations of at least 15 days, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months. This artisanal process gives Constructo a remarkable aromatic complexity, with deep red fruit and nuances that unfold in layers of flavor.

Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva Red is a prestigious wine, cultivated with care in Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Coming from a privileged plot of 10.5 hectares, within a 12-hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this Grande Reserva grows on a southern slope, 400 meters above sea level, benefiting from a 20% slope and granite soil, elements that give the grapes exceptional quality.
The grapes were trodden by foot in 1000-liter vats and fermented in old chestnut wood barrels, over 100 years old, for 15 days, under careful manual pumping. After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine was divided, with half returning to the barrels and the other half maturing in new French oak barrels for 12 months, without resorting to mechanical processes, preserving the integrity and essence of the wine.
With a color as deep as the mountains from which it comes, Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva Red displays an intense and complex aroma, marked by red fruits and black olives, enriched by a striking minerality, a reflection of the region's hydro-mineral wealth. Strategically positioned on a generous hill, at an average altitude of 375 meters, our vineyard is privileged with exceptional sun exposure and unique granite soil, which give incomparable character and distinction to our wine.
This magnificent white captivates the senses with its stunning color, captivating aroma and elegant flavor. Each sip reveals the dedication and care dedicated to its production, from fermentation in French and American oak barrels, with meticulous bâtonnage over 10 months, to aging in the cellar for a further 9 months after bottling.

Quinta de Arcossó Arinto White
Mr. Amílcar chose to ferment this white wine, an Arinto from Quinta de Arcossó, directly in the Vidago region, 450 meters above sea level in Trás-os-Montes (Ribeira de Oura). He adopted a unique approach: 80% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with 'bâtonnage', while the remaining 20% was fermented in French oak barrels. After this process, this delicious Arinto was aged in bottles for 30 months.
