Anselmo Mendes Contacto White
Total destemming. Short skin maceration. Median clarification by cold. Fermentation at constant speed between 14-22 ° C. Minimum stage of 4 months on fine lees. Citric and tropical aromas with light floral aromas. Round and silky mouth with good structure and minerality. Long finish with citrus and tropical bitterness. Pale golden color, intense aroma with strong mineral component. Great smoothness and mouth structure. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Alvarinho White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted wort is decanted for 48 hours, followed by controlled temperature fermentation, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. The bottling takes place after the stabilization of the wine, followed by a bottle stage. The Alvarinho Soalheiro winemaking is directed to obtain a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after the bottling. Citrus yellow color, aroma with the profile of Alvarinho Soalheiro Classical, intense and tropical with mineral notes. Contains Sulfites.
Morgadio da Torre Alvarinho White
Citrus color with greenish tones. Fresh aroma with components of tropical fruits: peach and pineapple, in a very harmonious and characteristically varietal set. In the mouth, freshness and liveliness with an excellent acidity very well wrapped by the volume that the wine presents, fruity and mineral mouth aroma, ending with great elegance and persistence. Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
