Conceito Bastardo Red
Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then stepped on foot in granite presses, without destemming and without adding yeast. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats. Aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. It has an aroma with very ripe strawberries and cherries, fresh leaves, aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it shows good definition and well-focused acidity, concentrated body, fine tannins and long finish. Complex, round, deep, a red that deceives the eye, with rosé color but with depth that belies visual impressions. Contains sulfites.
Conceito Único White
Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Austere and mineral wine with aromas of white flowers and citrus notes, light notes of gunpowder and wet stone. In the mouth it is very fresh and lively, vertical with well-marked acidity, shows intensity and concentration typical of old vines, citrus also in the tasting finishes with notes of gunpowder and light wood. Xisto Ilimitado Red
Wine from the areas of Cotas and Douro Ervedosa do Douro, aged between 30 and 60 years, planted on terraces and wide terraces, above 400 meters. Bright garnet color, high aromas of red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. Exuberant on the palate, but with brilliant acidity to balance cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlaying the fruit core in a juicy, fresh finish.
