Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Rose
Almost 100 years separate this Fugitivo Rosé from the original "Vinho Rosado" of 1937. It was conceived by Monsieur Eugène Hellis, the "original fugitive" - a French winemaker who, according to history, sought Portugal as a refuge from the II World War that threatened Europe. This wine, and its label, are a faithful copy of the original, intend to pay homage to its unique legacy, still present every day at Casa da Passarella - in the land, in the people and in the wines.
Vinha da Rosa Single Vineyard Magnum Rose
The grapes were harvested very early, before the painter, to ensure acidity and natural freshness. They were manually harvested into small boxes in order to preserve their quality. After careful selection and sorting at the entrance to the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. Part of the batch fermented and aged in used 500 liter barrels. Pale pink color. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, predominating notes of raspberry and tropical fruit, with a prolonged aftertaste.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Rose

In the mouth, the great freshness stands out in balance with very discreet notes of fermentation and aging in barrels that mark the persistence of the final with fat.

Sabor(z)inho by António Maçanita Red

Sabor(Z)inho has a good texture, elegance and good acidity. A fresh, open-coloured, iodized, saline, complex red with the flavor of something that could only have been born in the sea.
