Sauternes, 40 miles south of Bordeaux city, is a village famous for its high-quality sweet wines. The Sauternes of Chateau Les Justices have always been highly appreciated by the best French restaurant for the high quality regularly maintained over time, Sauternes is a very long-lived. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Preignac, ideal environment for the development of noble rot (Botrytis Cincerrea), the vines have an average age of 25 years.
