Gerard Bertrand Gris Blanc Rose
The grapes are picked by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out in a carbon dioxide atmosphere to protect the delicate aromas of the Grenache grapes until the start of fermentation, which is carried out at low temperatures (15-18ºC). Aging on fine lees for several weeks before bottling. Pale pink color with shades of gray and white. On the nose, aromas of red fruits mix with aromas of small red fruits. In the mouth, a slight pearl gives the wine all its freshness and enhances the fruit.

Incredible richness of honey with layers of citrus fruits and very subtle spices when it starts to open up. Delicious with food or on its own.
Chateau de Beaucastel Red
Deep color, pure and elegant nose suggests cherries, black currants, spices, with floral notes, aromatic herbs and chocolate. In the mouth it is elegant, the tannins are ripe and fine, the structure beautifully dense and concentrated, a seductive velvety texture highlighted with finely spicy fruit. The finish is long, supported by elegant and coated tannins, harmonious and very persistent (fruit, spices, floral notes). Contains sulfites.
José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc White
With this caste the wine cellar José Pariente provides an interesting nuance of persistence and minerality in the way of understanding the white wine of Rueda. The Sauvignon Blanc, made in an area of continental climate and poor soil, translates into a round aromatic white perfect for most exotic fruit fans. A highly recommended wine to accompany molluscs. Cono Sur Bicicleta Sauvignon Blanc White
Maturation 3 to 12 months in stainless steel tank. Sauvignon Blanc yellow colored with bright straw reflections. The nose is characterized by citrus aromas, white flowers and herbaceous notes. The palate is balanced and fresh, with good concentration and persistence. Excellent to accompany fish and seafood, salads, white meats, white cheeses and vegetarian dishes. Contains Sulfites.
