Hugel Riesling Grossi Laue
49,77 €
Grossi Laüe is Alsace’s equivalent of Burgundy’s Grand Cru or Germany’s Grosses Gewächs classification, so it’s basically the best of the best. This is a fabulous example produced from a selection of the best plots of the Hugel estate in the heart of Grand Cru Schoenenbourg, an area dedicated to Riesling for centuries. Incredible richness of honey with layers of citrus fruits and very subtle spices when it starts to open up. Delicious with food or on its own.

Louis Latour Chablis Premier Cru White
38,67 €
Chablis is an isolated island of vineyards in the northern section of Burgundy, wine-growing halfway between Dijon and Paris. Despite its huge acreage and production, the Chablis area now produces less than 5% of what it did a hundred years ago. Lower yields and better winemaking practices have made this wine a perennial favorite. Maison Louis Latour selects sections of vineyards within the denominations Premier Cru, so that fruit quality is guaranteed year after year. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats, controlled temperature with complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel vats. Rich and complex aromas of fresh fruits, white flowers and dried fruits with a mineral note. Powerful and long lasting on the palate. Contains Sulfites.
